Hey everyone! Welcome to my blog, I am so happy to share
with you my first “Super Duper Healthy Not Bummer Summer” blog post. So for my
first summer adventure today, like most Sundays, our family went to Brandi Fenton Park. It's a pretty cool park with a splash pad, several playgrounds, soccer fields, walking and biking trails, exercise stations, and covered ramadas for picnicking and grilling.
My dad plays soccer there every Sunday and we usually go and run around, play at the splash pad and just have fun.
Today, the temperature was AWESOME! Like there was a nice cool breeze blowing at the tempertures were around 75 when we got there at 8AM. Today, I didn't do the splash pad but just jogged around the field, played
soccer with my brother and sisters and on the playground a bit.

One not so bright spot, I actually fell and got a little scratched up, that wasn't fun at all, but after I took some time to recover and watched my daddy play soccer, I was just fine. My Dad, actually scored two goals and that was fun as we cheered loudly for him.
When we got home, we watched movies and then I helped my mommy make a delicious and healthy dinner.
It was pan seared Tilapia Fish with veggies and a
delish black bean, sun-dried tomato, and brown rice cake. YUM!!
